New Digital Platform to Revolutionise Recruitment Industry

A new recruitment software solution launched recently is set to “revolutionise the recruitment industry” across the UK, Ireland and internationally.

Headquartered in Belfast city centre, SeeMeHired.com is an online platform and app that streamlines the end-to-end recruitment process for both the employer and the candidate, using ground-breaking digital technologies to reduce time and costs associated with hiring new talent.

SeeMeHired.com has already employed a team of eight in-house software developers, relationship managers and marketing professionals, anticipating further “significant” job creation in 2020.

To date, over 150 large employers in Northern Ireland have already signed up to the solution, including Allstate, Danske Bank, Dale Farm, Devenish Nutrition and George Best Belfast City Airport.  A high-profile advertising campaign, meanwhile, has seen hundreds of candidate profiles being created within the first month.

The firm is backed by an investor director team of four who, collectively, demonstrate over 100 years’ experience in the recruitment and IT/tech sectors in Northern Ireland. Assuming the role of interim CEO of SeeMeHired.com, recruitment veteran Gary Irvine is joined by entrepreneur and investor Gareth Neill, leading software engineering expert Johnny Matthews and Alastair Bell, an established investor with a wealth of experience in growing software businesses.

Gary Irvine commented: “In today’s digital world, businesses and consumers automatically turn to technology to deliver faster, more efficient and more convenient solutions to their needs, but the recruitment industry is yet to catch up.

“Whilst most modern recruitment providers will have a small digital element to their business in terms of using online job boards, few offer a complete, end-to-end digital solution that enables both the employer and the candidate to take control of the entire process from their computer, tablet or smartphone.

“We have launched SeeMeHired.com to address this very obvious gap in the market, bringing a bold and fresh new approach to recruitment,” he continued.

“When we meet with employers they’re blown away by the platform and can instantly see the huge benefits it will deliver to their organisation –  such as a much more efficient and productive use of their HR team’s time, greater control and transparency over the entire process, and a reduction in costs associated with hiring new talent.”

SeeMeHired.com provides employers with a complete end-to-end digital recruitment solution, from job board posting, applicant tracking, interview processing and agreeing offers with candidates. Every employer creates a bespoke company profile, through which they can highlight the benefits they offer to employees, their culture and ethos, and their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

Candidates, meanwhile, can create a SeeMeHired.com profile in just a few minutes, after which they will receive instant updates to their computer or Android/iOS device. The platform’s inbuilt algorithm matches candidates to roles based on skills, experience and career aspirations. Once percentage matched with a role, the candidate can apply at the click of a button and will receive real-time updates at each stage of the recruitment process from the employer.

According to Gary Irvine, SeeMeHired.com already has ambitious plans for expansion into international markets in 2020.

“In recent months we have invested in building out what we are confident is an industry-leading team of software developers, relationship managers and marketing professionals – backed by unparalleled, expert team of directors and investors,” he said.

“We have ambitious plans to scale the business in 2020, which will see significant growth in our headcount, expansion into additional office space and entry into the GB, Ireland and international markets.”
